How Did We Begin?
Born in a rocky mountainous area in Ha Giang, where the local honey is a specialty. Mr. Lo Xi Ta soon had a deep love for bees and a profound connection to the land. Plus, he recognized the exceptional nature of the honey produced in his homeland — a golden sweetness that embodies the very essence of nature.
Despite the quality of their honey, this community faced the harsh reality that their remarkable product was largely unknown to the world and they still struggled with poverty. Driven by a passion for both the local people and the honey they produced, our founder embarked on a mission to share this hidden treasure with the global community. Binh An Cooperative was founded with that mission, now known with the brand name An Rocks.

One of the toughest hurdles we face is the isolation of our locations. Historically, Ha Giang province was almost separated from other parts of Vietnam due to underdeveloped infrastructure, the beehives are located on rocky mountains with an altitude of 1400 -1600m.
But on the flip side, our honey is in the middle of nature with a rich biodiversity, far from noise and pollution. Yet, we see this as an opportunity to showcase the resilience of our community and the uniqueness of our honey.

Our plan of action is multifaceted:
- Maintain the purity of our honey: We are committed to preserving what makes our honey special—its pure, natural essence.
- Protect the environment: We recognize the importance of our natural surroundings and are dedicated to taking action to preserve them. Through sustainable beekeeping practices and environmental initiatives, we aim to strengthen biodiversity in the province and protect the delicate ecosystems that sustain us.
- Improve livelihoods: We are actively involved in initiatives to uplift the local community. From charity programs for children to providing beehives and guidance for aspiring beekeepers, we are dedicated to creating opportunities for sustainable income and growth.
